This notice explains how personal data may be handled when you visit this website or enquire about a course, lesson or tutoring. The website has no contact form and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Please do not send medical reports or detailed health information in your first email. A parent or legal guardian must lead contact about a child; do not send school reports or other sensitive data about the child before a secure process has been agreed.

Health data and children’s data
The website is not intended for medical records or direct contact by children. If health information is genuinely needed to tailor a service, the purpose, minimum scope, retention and legal basis will be explained first and explicit consent will be requested where required.
Retention
- an enquiry that does not lead to a service: up to 12 months after the last contact,
- service-related records: during the service and normally 3 years afterwards for legal claims,
- tax and accounting records: for the period required by applicable law,
- the password-preview access cookie: 30 days.
Recipients and hosting
Data may be processed, where necessary, by hosting and technical providers (the website uses OpenAI Sites), email and telecom providers, and accounting or legal advisers. It may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires this. Personal data is not sold.
Technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable terms and safeguards depend on the relevant provider agreement; details are available from the controller on request.
Your choices and rights
Providing personal data is voluntary, but basic contact details may be needed to answer or provide a service. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
Requests are normally answered within one month. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
